First, what is “Happy Well”? It was created under the premise that we are most effective achieving goals–personal, professional, physical and/or emotional by addressing our overall wellness. Mind and body. My definition:
Happy Well= the concept that any change we want to make intrinsically involves our physical, mental and emotional selves, and can be achieved by integrating all parts of ourselves to engage with “intention”.
When using this researched, proven approach we integrate movement along with goal management. What your goals are will be determined by the person who knows best….YOU! And you are powerful if you put your mind to it!! Accountability is a big part of the Happy Well program. Reward systems are curated for you and your motivation needs.
I am not a therapist. I am really good at time management, discipline, goal-setting and motivation, and I’m here to coach you through this process. At times you might feel “stuck” and I’ll help you focus your goals, and reach them through intentional thoughts & behaviors, and accountability.
Happy Well coaching is available in single or two-person sessions and in group workshops. Corporate workshops available too!
Single person 1- hour sessions begin at $75. Sliding scale based on frequent, regular sessions and “need versus ability to pay”. Group rates based on group size and duration.
